Home Staging & Real Estate go hand in hand

Updated Wednesday, July 31, 2013  ::  Views (4921)

I absolutely love watching and following decorating/staging shows. Home staging is preparing a home for sale in the real estate market. Showcasing your home in its most attractive beautiful way. The goal of home staging is to make a home appeal to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more quickly and for more money.

Staging techniques focus on de-cluttering, de-personalizing and arranging furniture and accessories to appeal to potential buyers.

I'm not a Home Stager but I'm obsessed with the whole idea of it and as a real estate agent I'm very knowledgable with the housing market and I can walk into your home and view it through the eyes of a buyer, offering suggestions and recommendations to be completed before the house is listed on the market. The way a home is lived in versus the way a home is sold, Which is two very different looks. So I offer a pre-listing staging service, where I offer my expertise. Come and preview your home in advance, offer you tips and advise. It's in both our interest to have it 'show' as best it can.

Did you Know ??

70% of buyers will pay more for a “move in ready” home. Home staging helps buyers envision simply replacing their furniture with what is already in the home, and if the home shows better then their own, they are inspired. It also takes the guess work out of arranging items.

Staged homes sell, on average, 90% faster than un-staged me it will pay off. It's  a vital step toward maximizing the homes beauty, gaining top profit, and reaching the most mount of buyers.

Call me today to discuss pre- listing your home. Together we'll make it beautiful, show ready, get it sold quickly and for top dollar. Shana 381-3937
